served in Afghanistan during Operations Iraqi Freedom I & II with an Amphibious Assault Battalion.
I have been a licensed General Contractor for nearly 20 years, holding major trade licenses and providing in-house services from After-The-Fact Permits to our repairs and rubbery epoxy business. I have developed over 20 properties for my personal projects, some of which were showcased on the HGTV show "Busted Cribs." Additionally, I have launched several successful companies and sold them after establishing a solid foundation.

With over 15 years of experience in luxury residential, commercial, private and public sector construction, including roles at AD Morgan Corporation and Countryside Glass & Mirrors, I have successfully contributed to high-end developments and municipal projects with great attention to detail. My experience ranges from project coordinator to superintendent dual roles, project manager, covering AIA G702 G703 Pay Apps, lien waivers, lawsuits, subcontractor management, project proposals, client management, contract negotiations, collections, after-the-fact permits, business development, and more.
